Terms
Our base fee is 10% of the gross rent per month there are no start up fees. If you have multiple properties we will discount our fee to 7.5%
For short-term rentals and vacation rentals (any lease less than six months), our base fee is 20% of the gross rent per month.
*Late fees are distributed 50% to the owner, 50% to Inga's Realty Inc.
If you are not currently under contract with another property management or real estate company we can start right away. If you are currently under contract with another property management or real estate company you will need to terminate their services according to your management agreement with them. We are happy to assist you in picking up keys, security deposits, and necessary documents from the discontinued company. At your request we will e-mail or mail you a complete start-up package. Once you have completed all necessary forms and returned them to us, so we can begin our new working relationship
